矿区铁路线下采煤优化设计的数值方法

Numerical methods of optimal design of mining under railway line in mining area

摘要:

开采沉陷预计是煤炭开采过程中不可缺少的部分,为了研究工作面开采时铁路线地表移动,解决实际开采过程中可能出现的安全隐患,以某煤矿为原型,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,通过岩样力学参数初始值,利用两轮均匀实验设计,依据该煤矿已有的采区地表沉陷监测数据,建立采区数值计算模型,对工作面上方受开采影响的铁路线进行了数值模拟研究与预计。采用相同地质参数模型研究与分析附近工作面在三种不同开采设计方案下,对新建跨铁路桥的影响程度,从而推出最佳的开采方案,为铁路线与跨铁路桥的安全运营提供有力的保障,也为铁路桥下的安全采煤提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract:

Mining subsidence prediction is an indispensable part in the process of coal mining,in order to research the surface movement of railway line when mining the coal,and to solve the possible security risks in the process of actual mining,taking a coal mine as a prototype,using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,by the rock initial value of rock mechanical parameters,applying two rounds of uniform experimental design,based on existing monitoring data of surface subsidence in mining area of the coal mine,and establish the numerical calculation model of mining area,then study and predict the railway line affected by mining on top of the working face.Using the same geological parameter model to research and analy the working face nearby under three different mining design schemes,which causess the influence degree to the new span railway bridge,and then to elect the best mining design scheme,which provide the powerful safeguard for the the security operation of railway line and the span railway bridge,and also provide a scientific basis for safe mining under railway bridge.
